Elemental Energy Within combines a unique blend of services such as Polarity Therapy, Marma Point Therapy, Ayurveda, Reiki, & Vedic Astrology to create an individualized healing session to help bring you to your personal path towards maintaining your well-being. No two individuals are the same, so each session is designed to focus on your specific needs through energy-based body work, as well as counseling on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle.

Based on the Ayurvedic principle that we are all made up of the five elements: Ether, Air, Fire, Water, & Earth; we can work to balance these energies within the body to create energy flow and increase healing. Once the energy blockages have been released, the body will work to restore harmony. By taking an active role in your health and wellness journey, you will begin to understand the life-style changes that may occur and witness meaningful results. We will work together using a blend of techniques to create an individualized practice that is designed to bring your body, mind and spirit into a state of balance. This balance is an important component of the natural healing from illness and injury.

We specialize in Polarity Therapy, a powerful yet gentle hands-on healing system designed to create vibrant health and harmony while it relaxes, restores and rejuvenates your physical body, mind and spirit.

Renée J. Lobdell, APP
​Renée is an Associate Polarity Practitioner through the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA), a Certified Marma Therapist through the Ayurveda Wellness Center, a lifelong student of Vedic Astrology, a Licensed Spiritual Healing Coach, and has obtained the rank of Reiki Master in USUI Shiko Ryoho Reiki. She is also a Banyan Botanicals distributor and has studied in herbal, color & crystal healing.

From an early age ​Renée believed that living a healthy life shoudn't be as difficult as it sometimes seems. When our body is in a state of dis-ease, life can be difficult and frustrating. When pain is relieved and balance restored, options for self-care and healing open up. These are options that we can't see or access when we are in pain. Through an injury in 2002, she was led to Polarity Therapy. She found temporary relief from typical (traditional) medical methods, but not the healing she knew was possible. When she walked away from her first Polarity session, she felt reconnected to her own body and walked out of the session with tools that she could use immediately to support lasting health. She knew then she had found what she had been searching for.
Each of us has the ability to create sustained change in our bodies and lives. When injury or stress are present, it is reflected in our bodies, emotions, and on a cellular level. We have the ability to affect our own health and wellbeing, and in doing so, we will affect the wellbeing of those around us.

By combining a variety of healing techiniques, she have developed an individualized whole body approach to wellness. By integrating these techiniques into each session ​Renée can help bring balance and wellness back to you! However, maybe more important is the fact that through this work, you can take a lead role in your healing process!! Together we can empower you to continue your journey to a healthier you!!
